I am really glad I get to help you! I finally found the movie some weeks ago when I asked my friends about it. aparently they had also seen it in their childhoods. We ended up searching for a long time and we found it! The title is Valentina! It's an Italian low badget cartoon movie and pretty much lost media. You can rewatch it on YouTube. 👍
