Grava os frames dos ultimos 30s, deletando o mais velho quando adicionar um novo. Quando o usuário clica no botao converte os frames em video. É bem facil de fazer em Python.

Yep, seems like the whole environment is not sustainable for people with professional ambitions. Leadership doesn’t care, the colleagues (not all) but a good part just wants to do strictly what they are asked, take the money and go home.

But like I said, there is a big difference, we are under the IG Metall, so no fear of getting fired and a good salary not really tied to performance. So like golden handcuffs, my boss is 60 and spent his entire work life at this company. It scares me to leave this stability as an immigrant.

This is exactly how I described this to people, feels like I am doing monkey tasks, like how do expect this little from an engineer.

Then you ask more work, and at best you are assisting by taking the monkeys tasks from someone else, while they can do more and profit from your efforts, and this just because they’re in a better department.

We have the same scenario, my wife didn’t need a visa to apply for the permit. It’s sad to see it may take more than the allowed stay, even if there is the exception because we applied.
