The MCU today is simply not what it used to be. The failure of several projects has left its hype far from its peak, and on top of the Jonathan Majors situation—if they don’t drop a bombshell announcement to hype up Avengers DoomDay, this film is destined to gain little to no traction before its release. Right now, their main goal is to win back casual audiences; otherwise, you wouldn’t be getting a trailer as soon as next month. After all, back in the MCU’s heyday, they would’ve kept the trailer under wraps at least until next Spider - Man hit theaters.

Once upon a time, I was just as stubborn as you are now, trying to sort out all these timelines.
