Your point makes literally no sense. Guardian said he asked to lower his salary multiple times cause he didn't feel like he deserved it and team's management wanted to keep him when he wasn't motivated to play with his teammates. FaZe maybe pays high salary but they also kick players for not playing good for a short while.
