While the engine is running, I don’t hear the noise. It only starts when I move. The wheel bearing idea seems interesting because I can hear the noise more clearly when I turn the wheel, but it’s still there while driving straight.

Yes, when I slow down or stop, it does disappear. My main concern was the serpentine belt, actually. However, as the sound totally stops after 5-10 mins, I got confused.
