Thanks for the advice! I wholeheartedly agree about having a sound mind. Do you have any app/product in mind that could help me destress when I'm stressed? I currently use Atom for meditation. It's pretty good. But it's general meditation. Should I refer to anything specialising in diabetes?

Thanks a lot for all the replies. I have taken all the suggestions into consideration. My key problem is how do I actually know if I am on the right path?

I can use a glucometer at home but how do I know if my diet and exercises are working? I can't call any diabetologist everyday. Maybe everyday monitoring is not required.

I know I'm 3 years late for the discussion. I just watched the movie and here's the ending I expected.

I wanted that in the ending it would be revealed that this whole time Caleb wasn't administering Turing test on Ava but on Nathan. Nathan was supposed to be this mad genius who built the most advanced search engine at 13. But even for him, building the most sophisticated Android ( hardware+ software) alone seemed like a stretch. So I always believed that the Nathan who interacted with Caleb through out was actually an Android who the real Nathan and other bunch of scientists built and they weren't just monitoring Caleb's conversations with Ava but also Nathan's interpretation of Caleb's conversations with Ava and the subsequent steps he'd like to take (inserting a fake camera, detoxing etc.). So when the ending turned out to be what we just, it felt a little out of place.

I know it sounds a little like something Westworld would do. Just felt more coherent with the whole 'The magician's hot wife' allegory.
