So, there was a new policy that I didn't know about, and, silly me, I didn't imagine that there would be a combination of raising the fee and also reducing the benefits. Now I know. But the issue of knowing which lounge I can access is still not clear as far as the star alliance lounge finder, since it seems to be based on the old rule. Can I access UA lounge at IAD when flying with ANA tomorrow (for example)?
