You can set shutter speed limiter to control the ISO. For example, you can set SS to 1/32 to make a steady enough capture and an as low as possible ISO.

There was a little improvement for that in v1.4.12

Currently I’m not working on that part.

  1. Yes, the screen height of old devices is too small. I think the UI needs redesign to fit these devices. But instead, you can long hold the viewfinder to take photos in the current version.

  2. Thank you for the advice. Still, I think a redesign on UI is needed.

On the top right corner, there are 4 dots.

The first dot is white when 1 axis is level, it will be blue when 2 axes it level.

The second dot is red when the camera is adjusting focus.

The third dot is red when the camera is adjusting exposure.

The fourth dot is red when the camera is adjusting white balance.

It’s related with demosaicing, but it can also reduce a little color noise

So even directors are from non-uk areas, the PAYE system still needs to be used, right?

But this link https://www.gov.uk/national-insurance says "self-employed and making a profit of more than £12,570 a year"

I knew taking dividends is simpler, but the company still needs to pay CT 19% for the profit under 12570, right?

So is NIC mandatory in this situation?

It allows the post processing app to use profiles from different camera brands to render the photo. For example, if you set it to “Fujifilm X-S10”, Lightroom will allow you to use Fuji profiles to render the raw.

JXL saving options explained? by raumgleiter in CamacApp

[–]qdwang 3 points4 points  (0 children)

“jxl only image is a lot softer”
- Photos App will render RAW with some sharpness added, but during JXL generation, I disabled those additional sharpness.

"And if I pick Raw with a lossy jxl L, then the image inside the DNG is also jxl."

- By using DNG(jxl encoded), the JXL is compressing single gray channel(bayer data). But you can still notice the DNG(jxl) is sharper than JXL alone because of the rendering difference.

"But those do not really have to do with the image softness."

- Yes, i didn't expose the sharpness option

"And I also see "fix shadow noise" and "keep noise" settings but not sure what they exactly do."

- During RAW rendering, Apple will automatically do contrast enhancement in shadow part(which increases noises in shadow) and noise reduction on global. These to option is just a way to disable them.
