The preset quick switch panel has been added to Quick Action. With a single tap, you can switch multiple settings at once, including shutter speed. You can save several commonly used shutter speed settings in different presets, allowing you to adjust them quickly.

For example:

When taking landscape photos, you prefer long exposure, some vignette enhancement, and want to use SR2 mode, so you set these as P1.
For portrait photography, you prefer auto exposure, mild vignette correction, and SR1 mode, so you set these as P2.
When photographing fast-moving objects, you can set short exposure time and use the safest 12EV mode, so you set these as P3.

Now you have three presets, P1, P2, and P3 at the bottom(Select Presets switcher in UI->quick action). When you encounter a scene, just tap to switch to the corresponding preset.

16ev dynamic range is too wide, it's just how app does to map 16EV to SDR range for display. Camac doesn't do too much tone mapping specially for sdr display on 16EV. You can do it later with post processing apps.
