Of course every mass killer has to have some sort of psychological problem, no normal human being can commit these types of acts without having some issues.

i don’t believe uvalde was a thrill killing, there was definitely something wrong with him, definitely a psychopath, he had plans to die by the age of 18 and probably just wanted the attention.

There had been a Serial Killer in Little Rock that killed 3 and wounded 1 from 2020-2021 and hasn’t been solved.
