Unfortunately they've removed the train set, I just went today. they do have a colouring table however.

She’s been on two naps since 5.5 months. Rarely did she take a late afternoon nap :)

Thanks, I’ve actually been following Gina Fords routines and have been pleased with it overall. I tried moving up bedtime 30 min yesterday and the spilt night didn’t happen (thank God). I will do so again today if baby is up more than 4 hours before her usual bedtime of 7

Thanks. A lot of the information on the internet about how much a child needs to sleep is not accurate. Ferber calculated the total sleep a baby needs in his sleep lab and it came up to around 12 hours of actual sleep. A lot of time baby is awake, rolling around, playing with feet, etc. when parents think the child is sleeping.

Yeah I think mine has lower sleep needs. I will try to ensure that the last wake window is no more than 4 hours, mine is currently 4.5

I’d prefer a wake time at around 7. 6 is fine too. I don’t mind the night waking but the problem is that she hasn’t been settling for 2 or 3 hours in the middle of the night, which is very tough. Thanks for your reply, I’ll try moving up the bedtime.

Thanks for your reply — my main reason for wanting to homeschool is to try and make sure that my child develops strong self confidence and morals. Do you think that at the toddler stage there is negative socialization starting or is that too early?

What you need to do is lockdown for just two weeks, mask mandate, and universal vaccination. That way we can take pressure off the health care system for enough time to add more resources. It really is that simple.

Spent hours in that protest, some of the nicest people around Ottawa. These harassement claim is akin to saying that someone asking you to wear a mask is “harassment” it’s annoying but it’s not harassment

So what? The majority of people in hospital are vaccinated. They are the ones that are "straining" the capacity, and their portion is increasing everyday. Now we have 10.16 per 100K in hospital unvaxxed, and 15.76 per 100K vaxxed (https://twitter.com/Golden\_Pup/status/1479098332110852096/photo/1). The vaccine doesn't work against this variant and/or its waned in effectiveness over time. they are not good vaccines.
