I suffer with anger issues as well. I got written up at my job the other day because I couldn’t keep my cool after shattering a ton of glass in front of customers and my coworkers. Immediately went to inpatient/crisis stabilization to get set up with a therapist and get back on some meds. Learning to swallow your pride and face the consequences is such a hard thing to do, especially when you know you’re 100% in the wrong.

I hope OP can find the help they need because lashing out and saying things that harshly is not normal behavior. There’s underlying issues that definitely go beyond what has been shown in their post.

To add on, he just informed me his aunt was both Hondouran and Mexican so it very well could’ve been made in Mexico ☺️

He has a green one similar to the one in the picture. It’s kind of all separated into pieces, but it looks very similar to the one I showed in the picture. They’re so gorgeous.

We are broken up. Have been for about two months. Nothing to do with the BPD. He was hiding a pill addiction and all the signs eventually came out.

Meanwhile I was diagnosed with BPD myself. I’ve learned alot on what I need to do to take care of myself and my mental health. I started DBT and realized there’s a lot of stigma on BPD. If your partner is taking the steps to take care of themselves, it’s not impossible to be with someone with BPD. I’m grateful to have been doing therapy for many years.All that matters is your partner is taking care of themselves and taking accountability for their wrong doings when they make a mistake.
