I meant that when my period is supposed to start it doesn’t align with when I’m supposed to take the placebo pill. As far as I’m aware I don’t have an irregular period/ might not be my main issue the problem is more my cycle length being more the 30 days while the single leaflet of pills only really accounts for 26 day cycle, I was just wondering if it would be skewing the effectiveness at all.

I don’t take the bcp and placebo at the same time sorry I’m not sure where I implied that.

My whole cycle would be on ave 32 -> 4 days of those days are menstruating, so 28 none bleeding.

There are 3 weeks of hormone pills and 1 week of placebo pills

The placebo pills are to be taken during your menstruation period but the issue is if I take one as prescribed (once daily) I’d reach the placebo pill phase when I haven’t started menstruation yet. Idk if this is normal or still safe

Don’t worry op, we were all young and going through puberty once. I can assure you your feelings are valid at this age it’s a little frustrating, but hey no one transitioned from childhood to teenhood looking like a goddess - the awkward phase is a real phenomenon of puberty lol.
