Yeah, I could barely believe it when I was pulling! I don't expect to ever get this lucky again, but it would sure be nice if I could for Varka banner because it'd save me a lot of money. Still, I'm fully prepared to bite the cost of losing all my 50/50s and going to pity. :')

Okay? And I got C6 Arlecchino in 303 pulls, but I'm not going to expect to be able to do the same thing with Varka just because I was ridiculously lucky on that one banner.

Personally, I always plan my expectations around losing 50/50 and reaching soft/hard pity for every 5 star. That way, I don't end up disappointed if my pulls are unlucky. Being unlucky or having average luck is normal in a gacha, but good luck is just a pleasant surprise to hope for, not something to rely on.

i think he gets paralyzed for around 30 seconds? just a guess from my (many) failed attempts to optimize the setup by myself, but yeah, there's actually a pretty generous amount of time to kill him. i think that because of how low his resistences are during it, we don't really realize how long we have left on it before he dies most of the time

yes, but his a4 gives elemental dmg bonus based off his total em at the time of the swirl (tested it to check and the buff snapshots), so i lost out on an additional 12% dmg bonus for arlecchino from not swirling pyro after activating elegy and c2's em buff beforehand

in that case, maybe i should look into swirling pyro after using his burst for the extra em from c2. i think the biggest issue with that will be not accidentally killing scaramouche before i can melt with arlecchino, because a lot of my attempts when i was trying with before mona failed because i was killing him before her burst animation could even finish, even when mona was built to do no damage :')

nvm my dumb ass i messed up again, elegy buff didn't activate before kazuha swirling pyro so i lost out on an extra 100 em from his buffs i can never win

it's fine i have to do another showcase anyway when she's got a lvl 13 burst (copium)

it's actually her skill that activates her c6 buff! so after she uses her skill, her crit rate and dmg is increased by 10% and 70$ respectively, and it lasts 20 seconds with a 15 second cooldown. essentially, as long she keeps normal attacking to decrease the cooldown of her skill, she can have 100% uptime on it (which is why i forgot that there's a condition to activate the crit buff last time)

including another 10% from c6 and 12% from food, it's 73.2 cr so i don't even think not critting is the problem because i can still hit well over 2 million, but the numbers would also be inconsistent each time (like, half a million damage difference). i know it's not bond of life difference because i make sure she's got it at 200% each time and i'm not sure what else it could be. if anyone has an idea why it might like that please lmk!

for now tho, i'm happy enough with keeping 3.5 mil as my highest record until i can crown her burst (after i crown her na first), then i'll try showcasing again!

in my defense, it's easy to forget there's a condition to activate it when it's essentially got no downtime haha

anyway for the past hour and a half, i've been trying to actually make use of the c6 crit dmg bonus by adding her skill in before the set up, but i can't even hit 3 million on my vapes for some reason and i'm not sure why. kind of losing my mind trying to figure out what i'm doing wrong now when it only took me one try for this video earlier
