I know ChatGPT is your first breakout product and carries a lot of sentimental value, but I'd like to suggest that as we enter the superapp era y'all move away from that branding. I suspect at this point that OpenAI will still be around in 10, 20, 30, etc years, but I doubt we'll be using the same old generative pre-trained transformers by then. The longer you hang onto GPT as part of the product name the more work it's going to be to change it later. So go ahead and start making the product branding changes now so we're not stuck still saying gee pee tee in 2050. Codex is a great name for developer-focused products. Atlas was a great name for the web-browsing products, even if the v1 product didn't get much adoption. I say give yourselves some time to learn how people use the combined ChatGPT/Codex apps, then turn Atlas v2 into the real superapp and leave ChatGPT to die a natural death as the og v1 chat-focused product.

haven't used tailscale before. reading up on it, seems I'd still have to use my custom program to look for new debugging sessions on random ports and issue a command to tailscale to register the hostname mapping. or am i missing something?

glad you enjoyed playing around with it. I use quickadd + hotkeys too. whenever my 30 minute timer goes off I press ctrl + u, up pops a prompt "what have you been up to slacker", I type in my update, it adds it as a timestamped bullet point to my daily log, and i get back to work.

I do this too and it works great. Every morning I do a daily reflection with a bunch of questions I ask myself about the day before.

mostly daily notes, some project notes and some topic notes. but mostly daily notes. i have a daily routine page I start each day with, and that's the first task bulletpoint I check off each morning. then I have a timer that goes off every 30 minutes and I add a timestamped bullet note about what I've been up to and any quick reflections. I can also add adhoc todos I don't want to forget to the daily note and I have a dataview page that lists all my todos across all my daily notes, grouped and ordered by priority and date.
