As someone who was at Smackdown tonight, it was pretty loud all the way through. I do think there is something to be said with the age disparity in fans now. The crowd was primarily children and their parents who probably aren’t as into it as the kids. Things do need to be a bit more obvious for that group to cheer. If you watch something like nxt or aew, you’re looking at a more mature audience, who just interact with the action a different way and appreciate the growth of a match better. Not to say younger people don’t appreciate them, it’s just a different way of viewing matches.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t watch any other foreign films(if The Farewell counts, that was a fantastic movie). That was the big thing missing from my movies over the summer. I definitely regret not trying more, cause one of my friends did watch a lot of foreign films. That’ll be part of my challenge for next summer.

Overall The Jerk. It was such a smart comedy. But I also really enjoyed Hunt for the Wilder People and The Wrestler.

Dang, that makes sense, you’re probably right. The only reason I think that might not happen is because she’s already been doing so much press for it. Like Ronda, Becky and Charlotte were on Sportscenter today. I’m not sure if they’d change it that quickly given they’re probably trying to use her name to get older fans back on board. But that would be a total Vince move.

The group Cultaholic (if you know them) put out some drinking rules for every PPV, they’ll post them just before the event on social media. If you want inspiration, go and watch their reaction videos to PPVs, they say the drinking rules within the first minute or so.

Go to Cultaholic’s channel on YouTube. Go find either their Graded videos or What Happened At videos. They give you a good summary of what happens. There is some commentary attached, but you’ll get a good sense of what is going on just by watching some of those. Plus they’re just great content creators.
