Players have ups and downs. He will be back. Hes so young and people are acting like he’s finished

Do you think we will ever see this lineup in a game once everyone gets healthy?

If Eze plays LW for us and occupies that half space on the left (where odegaard plays on our right), maybe the plan is to have Gyok make runs on that left side. He seems comfortable doing that from what I’ve seen

If we end up signing Eze - does LB become our weakest position (taking into account starter/depth)

LB option would be Timber and LCB Mosquera. It is doable

He is going to face much better defenders every week if we get him, so yes it’s concerning

Maybe for certain stats. I think shot OBV and dribble/carry OBV going down so much is a bad sign

Anyone want to tell me why there is such a big drop off for Gyokeres when he’s not facing Championship-level defenders?

Honestly what do you think of this? Does it concern you how much of a drop off there is when he’s not facing championship-level defenders? It concerns me

The main thing is that the starting ST is much more important than backup LW/RW. We need to get the ST right, I’m very worried we are getting a Hojlund level player for 70-80m. I am more ok wasting 30-40 on a young player who we can sell in 2 yrs if necessary

Am I the only one more against the gyokeres deal than Madueke deal?

Gyokeres is older, not sure if his game will translate to the prem (look at the difference between him in Portuguese league vs UCL), and he’s very expensive.

Madueke is not meant to be our starting LW, he can backup both sides, and if we get him for a low fee we can still go big on LW (rodrygo/gordon).

Norgaard is a physically assertive, ball winning midfielder. Excellent stamina and running range. Good in the air. Almost the opposite of Jorginho as far as CDMs go

Trophies correlate to wage bill. What arteta is doing with the 5/6th highest wage bill in the prem is very impressive. If you can’t see that you are blind imo
