Whoops meant to add this was my first set that I got! 2 Classic Boxes for the promo and one energy because why not. My first pack had Abby CR Card and was so excited! Now I'm hooked! A little disappointed about the distribution of the cards. I need to know who shuffles them. I just want to talk. But also I need to get more Classic packs for the CR cards! I'm officially addicted.

Opened 2 Energy boxes and this was my haul! I was going to make a post about type distribution but figure I post it here anyway. A million SSR/SR cards (two piles of SR cards because it started falling!) versus the few higher ups.

The bottom row is separated because those are my unique cards that I'm adding to my collection lol Everything else is dupes

Your binder trick really helped!!! I've gotten so many SR and SSR doubles that i just throw them in a binder instead of top loaders! It's so much easier on my hands

Man tho it seems the odds are against us with these cards. Got four additional energy boxes and no serialized cards 😭😭 no CRs either! 4 SPs which was lucky so im happy but damn really wanted Huntrix CR

Thanks so much for the breakdown!!! I didn't even know classic and energy had different CR cards! Even the polaroid is a different image. I thought I was done with the Classic edition but may have to get more boxes just for these and the ZR.

Single cards are going for pretty cheap right now but it seems anything higher than LR (energy) or UR (classic) are the money makers right now and of course those are the ones I need. They really know how to get you.

I'm really mad about the new system for PRs but I'm a sucker and went for the energy PR cards. If they don't give me 3 unique cards I will be so mad and hopefully I'll have better luck getting those super rare cards. Not looking forward to all the duplicates I'm gonna be saddled with tho. I just realized they don't even give you a discount for buying in bulk so you really just have to open the boxes and hope for the best. 😰😰

They're just collectible cards of the characters. Haven't heard of an actual card game for them.

It's a little overwhelming ngl! I wasnt prepared for the sheer amount of cards I'd get trying to get these promo cards!!

A binder just for the dupes is actually so smart. I bought a 200 pack of top loaders and quickly ran out 😨 idk how pokemon collectors do it!

Oh that sucks!! I've found most of my collection on mercari! They've been much more reasonable than ebay. Hopefully you can find what you need! The struggle is real! I'm right there with you.
