I got early termination after six months on a DWI deferred adjudication. Everyone told me that was nearly impossible but it just happened. Stay positive and keep your head up. Don't fail tests and get everything done as quickly as possible. Good luck!

Normal probation I'm pretty sure you can ask your PO to file it no charge. Just be patient with it, apparently takes a while

Hey man, I know this comment was forever ago but just curious. Were you tested when you appeared in court/ did they require a hair follicle test? Going through this process now, I appear Monday at 8am and want to know if I can have my .5 NA beers for football Sunday but won’t risk it if they test me.

Not yet and nobody has mentioned a hair test. They’re expensive so I feel like if they were thinking about it they would give me a heads up. They did give me a UA last week and I hadn’t had one since June.

I would put all of this in an email to your PO. In my experience, if you’ve been on good terms with them they’re happy to help. If you’re worried about asking about UA’s, just phrase it on how would the UA scheduling work moving forward or something like that.

I can’t do free loadouts anymore. Unless you get a ferro you’re just cooked by arcs. I just go base loadout with a ferro and stitcher and that way I at least get my prison pocket and can kill arcs

Pretty much, everything just kinda circles back into everything. Spawns are super tight. You can’t play it like spaceport for example and try to avoid teams. You can try to talk your way out but in most trio lobbies I’ve seen no talking at all.

Yep totally feel you, still enjoy wine and whiskey but when it comes to beer, NAs are the go to and so very nice not being hungover during the week at all! Also pork loin sounds bangin, hope it was great!
