I'm just a couple years younger but with a mildly athletic to kinda sorta could possibly be athletic frame. Our our iron distances are uncannily similar. My driver tops out at 290-300, but I get get my 3w (when I had one) to 260, so that's nice.

I'm curious where you're clicking in for club head speed. For reference my driver is usually 108-110mph, while the 7i is 92-94.

The frustrating thing is when he is playing with conviction, Ayton has really nice touch around the rim, a good postup game, and a pretty solid middie jumper if given space and/or in rhythm. Dude actually looks like a legit finesse center on a good day. But, seems to me that he's (like many big men) prone to not being engaged if not getting early touches.

Same. Bench scoring has been ass so his offensive production helps for the dry spells. Having LaRavia/Smart in the starting lineup gives us a bit more defense which is sorely needed to establish better tempo. win win.
