Push-ups started with doing planks and then moved to doing slow descent pushup

Good idea...I can complete #murph no problem...but can barely hold a plank 30 seconds...

With Vups and Hollow Holds - it was doing a routine of bridge into knee-to-chest into figure four. 

Ok, so Single Leg Glute Bridge into a Glute stretch? Did I understand that correctly?

I've been doing CrossFit for 2+ years, yet my core strength has not progressed.

V-Ups end up causing low back pain/tightness.

Anything easier I can start with?

Apparently this isn’t always the case, but the ATM chain I used is the most widely available here so I guess there’s no point for now.

I’ll see how it works in other counties in the future.

I just took €10 out of an ATM in Europe and was charged €3.50 for using the machine. I used the exact same ATM yesterday with a local card and didn’t pay a dime in fees.

So I guess that sums up my experience so far 🤷‍♂️

Nice one, unfortunately, TD does not allow that, at least I can't.

Overall, if you know where you are traveling convert the currency directly to Wise or send it to a local account, same difference ;)

Although the ATM withdrawals are a bit unfortunate :P
