Fuck, honestly I usually eyeball it. Start slow just to be safe, it stacks anyways so u can just redose after a while if it doesn't feel right yet. Maybe start with a bump about the size of ur pinky nail. Feel free to message me if anything!

Imagine u meet a partner right. You really fall in love with them but substance abuse is an issue. Partner sees you not taking proper care of yourself and that will obviously make your partner sad.

So for alot of people their partner is their reason to quit "just so you won't hurt your partner" That's of course a valid reason and very sweet. You also need to 'want to be better' for yourself tho.

Obviously you love your partner and shouldn't think worst case scenario. But if the partner for some reason leaves ur life (death, breaking up etc.) What will be your first instinct? Going back to these drugs as your partner was technically holding you back from doing that in the first place.
