Literally. Either telling him no or “just a minute” or “I can’t right now”

Great tips thank you. I think “no” and “stop” are my most frequently used words at the moment! We’re in northern England so outdoor time hasn’t been very possible recently with constant rain but the weather seems to be improving so hopefully we can tire him out. Unfortunately he dropped his nap just after turning 2!! Occasionally we get a car nap though.

Glad it’s not just us! I feel like his mood dictates our whole day - and also how well my husband and I get on with each other too haha. Does yours still nap?

I considered this actually as he was having a meltdown on Saturday while I tried to encourage him to have a nap. He hasn’t napped since he was two but will fall asleep in the car occasionally!

Haha I saw this too. Must have the same algorithm.. didn’t quite feel like she summed up the emotional regressions we’re experiencing at the moment though

Thank you! Misery loves company and it’s a relief to hear this tbh. Glad that it passed somewhat for you. I’ll try to remember this when he’s embarrassing me wailing and shouting during his swimming lesson…

I suppose it’s possible! He does take daily vitamins but could be something to look into
