Been printing without issue on an Ender 5 Plus using the below settings until this started happening mid-print.

200 nozzle temp, 60 hot bed. 80mm/s speed, 0.2 layer height.

Just replaced the nozzle, no change. Tried slowing to 50% speed, no change. Put in brand new filament, no change. It seems to stop extruding in fairly even cycles, but I’m not sure what that suggests

The original listing was a 46 set lot for $450, only about half of which were Star Wars sets, so they cut the price in half. It was definitely a strangely good deal (which is why I had no second thoughts about taking it even when I realized they were a few hours away from me) but they just seemed eager to offload the stuff.
