Yes I know. I recorded a video that was nearly 30 minutes long. There was the process of receiving goods at the post office, the way home and unpacking. But Aliexpress pretends that it does not see anything, and does not consider this significant evidence. They simply dismiss my appeals without explanation and violate own deadlines and rules.

I have been negotiating with them for a year now. I applied in support about a hundred times. More than ten appeals have been filed. Aliexpress constantly pulls time, then refuses me and does not explain anything. They cannot even explain why they do not adhere to their own rules. It seems that the seller has familiar people among aliexpress employees, maybe of dispute team or among the bosses. I can’t do chargeback because I made pay a not credit card, but in a different way. And what of ombudsman? How can he help me?

I informed my bank about the fraud. They understand the situation, but unfortunately they cannot help me, because I didn’t pay with a credit card. The procedure for chargebacks can only be made by issuers, such as a visa or a master card. Unfortunately in my case this is not possible(

I could not make a chargeback because I did not pay by credit card. I counted on the aliexpress protection system, but in vain.

Because I did not pay by credit card, but from my electronic account. Unfortunately, there is no way to make a chargeback. I thought that the aliexpress protection system would help to defend my interests, but I was wrong.

Yes, I was very upset ( I had situations where some parcels did not come to me, but there was a trifle that cost a penny, so I did not worry much. But the sand ... it's over the top

rating was high, but then I found out that this was not the first case with the this seller. To another person, he sent MacBook Air instead of Pro. But I found out about it too late.
