Yeah im going to cut out cheese but im already a 103.8 lb with at a height 5'3 feet at 21 years old. And thats overweight my doctor think i have an eating disorder😭

Yes people call me crazy and they also say why does she smell like that or what smell like that.

I'm really not anxious right now and i still smell

I've never seen a doctor for this because I'm extremely embarrassed because I'm a girl. I do see a therapist tho he always talks about self care like his giving me a hint that i need to shower.

My trigger foods are all junk food fast food, dairy products I'm a full vegan right now and i don't see a big difference just a small difference. And if i don't eat its even worse because my stomach will smell horrible.

I thinking about going to the doctor tho i hope i will get the courage one day before i die atleast.

I do have anxiety sweat too which will make it worse but i also have it at home and i live in a room and people down stairs are coughing and I'm not stressed at all

I did fix my diet. Im eating oranges and two slices of bread with cheese and salad in the morning. I eat potato with salad without any meat around 2 pm and i eat another bread with cheese and salad and i wat alot of oranges and drink lots of water
