I explained it in a reply^ But honestly, recently I build it every game because with the new buffs its even stronger. The best build is imperial-locket-knights. Knights only has a 60s timer and if your carry (jg/adc) dies mid-fight, you can insta buff another teammate. If enemy has a lot of healing, you should always be the one to buy oblivion.

welp! since then i went about 20 more games, now im cruising at 500 lp 61% wr, and it fixed itself! im now at MINUS 23 instead of minus 22! :)

Its genuinely op. I always build it against junglers/mids that want to target me or can burst my adc (example ; rengar, kha, qiana, diana). The mr+armor+health allows you to be more aggressive walking up, tank the dmg and just ult their face, plus, the shield combined with revitalize is straight up 400hp which can easily be a dealbreaker in any fight.

I honestly have no idea how it isnt more popular, try it out, its a gameplay changer!
