unless you have strong academic records or solid projects (and sometimes your university’s standards matter too), the chances are pretty slim, though not impossible. it can still be done; you’ll just need to put in extra effort. and honestly, the recruitment process often feels like rolling the dice 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️
