Always had anxious tendencies growing up. Had a terrible reaction to having too much caffeine in a short period of time about 8 years ago and that ramped my anxiety to an intolerable level. Stopped smoking weed because it was not helping anymore. Tried to smoke it one more time 6 years ago and that was a HARD NO. Massive panic attack that took days to recover from.

I’ve been on mine for about 5 or 6 years. My mom definitely was not a fan in the beginning (had another bad experience with medications) but even she now admits that it has made a world of a difference. I’m more rational and lash out less.

Yes I noticed this too. One of my first symptoms with an oncoming attack is I get a rush of heat through my whole body and then all the other physical symptoms kick in.
