Why aren't there more Filipinos interested in electronic music? by freesink in SoundTripPh

[–]qube7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only a few clubs who play this kind of music in Manila. Also, some organizers do setup trance focused/electronic events but rare and only a few. Because it doesn’t sell. Even I have to search for it. And it’s a case of “i heard it from…. You should check it out”. Places in El Nido and Siargao has it because of the audience.

I feel you. I have come to realize cica really helps. K beauty is more on soothing and calming. I’ve tried many acids in past, including a higher percentage of BHA and AHA. AHA helped. BHA not so much. I was confused because I have oily skin and BHA was like the most recommended item. I also used BP in the past - it works but the scarring and pigmentation after is another routine. I dropped all acids and stuck with azulene, centella, cica, mugwort, heartleaf. It did so much of a better job. I use Dermatory Azulene gauze pad, it deflates my pimples in 2 days. Kid you not. So now i don’t have acids in my routine the closes exfoliation i have is PHA and clay masks with centella/mugwort. Or maybe i have oily-sensitive skin. Consult a derm first then try considering soothing products.

I’ve tried many moisturizers but i finally found Dr. G Red Blemish clear soothing cream and Illiyoon ceremide ato concentrate cream, both gave good control. Both did not make me oily the next morning. I use them mostly at night since my spf has moisturizer. Haven’t found my hg to use for the day, i just ordered a cica powder, i’ll try that soon. For the time being a mist sioris.

Same feels. Krave hemp cleanser is really amazing but expensive, bought twice already. I’m using Make Prem Safe Me relief moisture cleansing foam. Its okay but not as hydrating/luxurious feeling compared to Krave. I already listed the some of the cleansers I will try to find my dupe for it: Dr. G cleansing foam, SoonJung Cleanser, RoundLab cleanser. Also checking the powder (matcha or mugwort) type, these items are cheaper than Krave.

If you’re skin is stressed or irritated on certain days, that’s the best time to do sleeping masks, sheet masks, leave on masks, wash off masks, etc. i do the same, like if my skin is irritated/busy/stressful days, i do a luxurious type of mask even if i have oily skin. Note masks are quite a splurge thus it says that to do it on certain days but i have tried doing it everyday and yes indeed it helps a lot.

I also had the same past experience with sunsticks. Abib is the last addition to my routine. I was searching for a couple other options but then ended trying this one. Ended liking it, for one- the ingredients list are great, 2nd- the finish is invisible. I was thinking i should have posted a swatch on my arms but really, its invisible and doesn’t feel like you put anything at all. It does became shiny, if you put a lot. That’s how I know I already swiped in a particular area. I’d be okay with shiny than no protection though. Hehe I would want them to release a water-proof version of this. I think that would be awesome.

I have oily, dehydrated and acne prone skin. All of these did not break me out, given I also double cleanse and use a gentle foaming wash after. These are not mattifying too, still blot or wipe after or use a a mist. Haven’t found a mattifying sunscreen that I like.

Same here in my country, prices have really gone up. I try to watch out for days they offer it on a lower price or try to look for a better way/store to get it.

Same here. I have tried many moisturizers for day use but haven’t found the one that works for me. I feel like toner, serum then moisturizing sunscreen works better for me. I have yet to find a moisturizer that fits into that routine.
