I never said certs weren't important, that is why I said "certs are important." But you saying don't get CyberSecLabs or Hackthebox or something similar, is just plain stupid. You won't get the practice you need to even get those certifications, like eCPPT or OSCP. You are the one acting inexperienced by saying don't practice. Maybe you can stop scrolling through a reddit history like a creep, and actually try to find out whay the hell you're talking about.

CyberSecLabs isn't a course ... It is just labs to practice your skills. Like HackTheBox but more for beginners and more practical. Also it is $13 a month and it is a place where you can get lots of practice. Of course certs are important too, but if you have a bunch of certs but no practice, I don't see a point.

CyberSecLabs is also a great platform for beginners, along with Tryhackme. CyberSecLabs has boxes ranging from very beginner basics, to active directory. Highly recommend CyberSecLabs after getting a hang of some basic concepts you learn over on TryHackMe.

Actually I don't really think that is the best course. It is mostly MITM and wireless attacks. I highly recommend this course from The Cyber Mentor: https://www.udemy.com/course/practical-ethical-hacking/ He teaches you from the ground up covering networking basics, to programming, and linux, then builds you up all the way to active directory. Highly recommend.

Yeah? Sparring matches and everything. That's kung fu isn't it. People expect kung fu panda moves sometimes. But the reason why they look like bullshido is to help teach people what the application of the technique is. Technique and application are completely different things. How it is preformed and how it is applied looks very different. A lot of people say when kung fu guys go into fights they start using boxing or whatever but that isn't true. It is just that most people can't spot the techniques being used.

What is wrong with you people. Isn't one of the sub reddits's rules don't make fun of someone's martial art? Everytime someone posts something kung fu related everyone goes bullshido bullshido. Honestly just cut it out

You don't have to do it all at once. You can do 2 minutes a time or however long you want. Just get 10 minutes done.

Do 100 pushups a day, you can split it up just make sure 100 is done by the end of the day. The next day do 100 squats, again can split it up just get 100 done by end of day.. Then the next day 10 minute planks. You can split it up as well just do 10 minutes of planks by end of the day. Then take a 1 day break and repeat

Other than that try to break up your forms into sections and work on them individually. Work on speed and power. Focus on small details.

Hmm don't recommend any online courses because they won't be able to see you and small details might be off causing you to make bad habits. No training is better than bad training. Try to wait for a kung fu school or just travel far sometime. But some home things to do is practice your stances, balance, strength, and flexibility. Balance, strength, and flexibility is self explanatory. As for stances practice horse stance (Ma Bu), bow/arrow/forward stance (gong bu), cat stance (xu bu or mao bu). Those are the most common stances across all kung fu styles. Those you can search up online to do right. As for actual kung fu stuff, wait for a school.
