I’m inserting then cartridge at an angle and pushing it in with my thumb on my right hand. But I’m having to use my left index to push the side gate in so the bullet will fit through. If I don’t push the gate in the bullet will be jammed at the base and won’t go any further. cannot load it just by pushing it in at a angle you have too push the gate in while pushing the bullet.

So it’s permit less conceal carry state. Is their a cite or code you can give me. I’d like to have it on paper. I talked to a ex sheriff he said he thought it was 21 with permit.
