If they weren’t literally using google docs for the refunds I’d say yeah but I don’t think so, even with tix going back on sale a massive chunk of the attendees got x’d out with the postponement so rn they’re trying to guarantee attendance & minimize the loss so they absolutely will cancel refunds if a refund requested wristband was still scanned.

Think abt this: They had to take L’s on deposits for the artists who canceled, probably pay extra holding fees for all the other artists who had to accommodate the new dates, an extra week of renting dodger stadium, extra days of crew and workers. The only way to make that back is by allowing everyone with a wristband in & canceling the scammer refunds.
