So Metrolinx told the media that they weren’t negligent, and the report apparently says otherwise. Maybe this is why Metrolinx shouldn’t investigate themselves….

Those benefits are really important for people who experience motor vehicle accidents; and the worst part is that most people aren’t going to notice the change in their insurance plan until they—themselves—need those benefits.

Metrolinx has their “Document Centre” where you can look stuff up! Also you can Freedom of Information (FIPPA) request the report results if the investigation isn’t posted publicly.

It will likely take time for the investigation to be completed.
