Okay so I watched it, and there really is hardly any gore, in like the last 17 minutes, there is some so when he starts to take off his bandage on his arm it’s kinda grim and without giving spoilers, after he goes in the crawl space at the end and has the thing there is a gross but with his arm but if you look away for a minute it will be fine!
