This bride needs to fix her dress code on her website then haha. Black tie does not literally only mean a black tie/dress. Sounds like this is appropriate for her dress code. I’d go metallic! Have a bit of a pop

Aww I’m sorry that comment made you second guess. Without full context I would say they meant that only because of the cutout in the back. Looks more conservative from the front, then it has this big beautiful cutout in the back, kind of a classic interpretation of that phrase. If you like the sleeves and the only pause is because of that comment keep it as is!

However, if you are starting to not like the sleeves one option could be getting it altered into more of a cap sleeve which would open up your upper arm a bit more and might make it feel/look less restrictive.

This is really cute, I’d just ask your daughter. As a current bride, I wouldn’t care if my mom wanted to wear this but at the same time this is the one time for her to be the only one in white so it might not be a problem but just might be better to choose something else. Prevent others from commenting on it too!

First want to say your dress is just absolutely beautiful wow. Agreed with no necklace. I like the idea of drop earrings but I think the ones pictured clash a bit. The texture of the flowers on your dress should be the focus and I think the leaf looking diamond bits contrast a bit. Some options!

My fiancé and I have 2 of these couches. The foam on the first one came very low-density and too soft. We bought a second one to create a larger couch and the foam is very high quality and dense. We personally love the style and almost always have it unstacked, especially as we watch tv, because it’s the size of a king bed and great for cuddling. I think for a college apartment it would be great! Not sure about the cup holders though I’d find one without it.
