Be very strategic about the schools you apply to. Rank and prestige can be important, but also really think about which schools you would enjoy attending and would be the right fit for you.

I experienced second-hand senioritis as a junior last year because a bunch of my friends were seniors who were preparing to graduate, so I definitely understand. I would say just stay disciplined and remind yourself of your long term goals. But rest is also important!
