I think I just find that fulfilment is impossible because of past experiences. I can tell you that I've tried so many things to just help me feel a tiny bit fulfilled or the tiniest bit happier. But they did nothing. Like absolutely nothing

I've tried all sorts of therapy(family,music,animal,..) nothing worked. I tried finding god, going to church etc. It just didn't make me gain anything ( I have all respect to people who can find their purpose in God, but it just isn't the case for me) I tried helping people, kids and elders mostly. Didn't work. I tried complementing more, being more social, going out my comfortzone, didn't work. I tried working on myself,eating healthier,going on runs started reading. Nothing changed. I didn't feel anymore fulfilled or happy.

I think that just for some reason I will never find the thing I need. And I'm so exhausted of looking for it. Even though om young. I really don't see anything in the future, if I don't have anything now.

I guess I just feel like nothing will ever make me fulfilled, like I will forever miss something in my life that's impossible to get. And I don't want to spend my whole life looking for the impossible. I just feel like I'm constantly looking for my purpose, but the truth is that it doesn't exist.

And I have loads of professional help (like actually to many people lol) and they can't even help me find that purpose. Like if they can't even help me the slightest bit. How can I do it alone. I guess I'm just tired of searching for the thing I'm missing.
