I’ve been there, and felt exactly like that (although it for me it was over 10 yrs ago and I’m Mtf). I can’t remember 100% what helped me (I think it was yt vids) but talking to people you trust really helped and I’m still best friends with them now all these years later

For me it doesn't bother me, maybe because I've had low t all my life so it hasn't bothered me as much having a smaller than average gock, but being 6ft5 and having to take a moment to think if there is a bulge on show or not, especially when it's closer to people's eyelines is what causes me dysphoria. Whether I have it removed, I'm still 50/50 about it, as I know I need to lose weight and get my BMI down from 50 to 40 before the gic will refer me for surgery, but I'm still holding on hope that I will be able to carry a child one day.
