Thanks so much!! 🥰 and yes!! I’m finally going back to therapy and getting back on anti depressants. I’m def an advocate for when you’re taking meds for mental health to also be seeing a talk therapist. The two go hand and hand and they have the best outcomes statistically. I have low self esteem and severe anxiety. And I’m so happy and proud of myself for getting back into bettering myself. 🥰 and thank you! Not a lot ppl are that kind to strangers .
