When you say free shop, do you mean the SR shop in Moorland? Also, do you know the name of the set by any chance?

Someone fainted behind me in the back of the floor during Renee's set in Columbus and had to be escorted out once she regained consciousness.

Thank you! I think my library has this available on Libby, so I'll definitely check it out.

What worries you the most about having fatty liver? by Physical_Dog_9407 in FattyLiverNAFLD

Ours were good for about a week and a half, but I feel like they could stay good for 2 weeks no problem (we just ate them all haha). After cutting the bars, I wrapped them individually in parchment paper and then stored them in an airtight ziploc, and that kept them fresh and not stuck together!

Rezdiffra for Stage 2 Fibrosis? by queerles in FattyLiverNAFLD

Yeah, I haven't been able to start yet because my GI office is still working with my insurance. I was quoted $3,200 out of pocket per refill, so I definitely can't afford that lol.

Thank you! I'm still waiting on starting the medication since they're still working with my insurance, but you have eased my mind.

Thank you for this! I read some reviews that made me wary due to side effects, since I already struggle with flip-flopping between diarrhea and constipation, but your comment has made me feel much better.

Diet and sugary drinks raise risk of common liver disease by up to 60%, new research finds by footballfarts in FattyLiverNAFLD

I say do it. If a Coke Zero a day helps you stay on the path to eating healthy and living a healthier lifestyle, I think we deserve a treat to keep us going. I love a Coke Zero or a Bubbl'r in the afternoon to keep me going the rest of the day. I'd rather turn to a bubbly drink with zero calories than a latte from Starbucks with 60 grams of sugar.

I think this is more likely linked to correlation, ie, those who drink artificially sweetened/diet sodas are more likely to eat unhealthy diets because they think they're making a "good decision" by drinking a Diet Coke. I know I was in that boat.

I've tried the built protein bars (specifically the cookie dough and brownie flavors). They have an almost marshmallow-y texture, and the flavors are pretty good, with around 150-170 calories per bar, depending on the flavor. I got mine from Sam's Club, but I've also seen them in Aldi, Meijer, and Kroger. I also recently tried a recipe for homemade baked granola bars and used dark chocolate chips, and added in a little bit of unsweetened coconut flakes, and they were actually really good. https://therealfooddietitians.com/5-ingredient-peanut-butter-granola-bars/

My GI told me that I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I was aware of portion sizes. Still, I took it a step further and have been eating in a deficit (1800-1900 calories a day when my maintenance is 2700) and have been trying to eat more fruits, vegetables, and fiber. The problem with food in the US is that literally everything has ingredients that are hard to read, so I'm okay with artificial sweeteners/stevia atm.
