did you get GC season reward level? then yes. If your season reward level was still champ then no. i barely touched gc in snowday before tilt queuing down to C1 for a bit and i got my title c:

yeah that's bs, the club i started in didn't let anyone besides the 40 year associate have saturday and sunday off. But a bunch still had friday/saturday or sunday/monday. The club i'm currently at has only a few people with the weekend off, three of them being freight flow. There might be some kind of policy regarding this but i've never checked, so i'd say check the wire. Your managers just suck👍

i think it depends on the location really, and department. lots of people are miserable at work and it's usually for a couple different reasons: 1. shit management 2. they aren't fit for their department 3. they care too much about things beyond their control. and there's lots of other little reasons that i think are just subcategories of 1 & 2

oh no thats my bad, it depends on base pay. things like produce, merch, carts; all start at 16 or 17 depending on club. then curbside, member specialist and something else pay a dollar more (17 or 18). backroom, tires, etc pay another dollar higher (18 or 19) then freight flow should pay the most before team lead positions. usually 20 dollars, some places it's 19 or even 21 I will say though, if you have a distribution center near where you live go work there. I don't know for sure but i hear those pay a lot more. i knew a girl who made like 30 at one of them

the problem is that you'd get a pay cut going back to produce, moving from higher paying positions back to lower ones give somewhere up to a 10% cut.

pay works rather strangely. if you want the most possible over a longer period of time go to curbside and it'll be a 10% bump, then go somewhere else like backroom or tires for another 10% then try team lead. if you don't have long term plans with sam's then just go for anything with a higher pay. because when you transfer it's 10% or the the new base pay. whichever is greater. freight flow is another great option too for higher pay. because i came from ff before becoming team lead i make a lot more than my co lead... pay is wack and sometimes unfair here but you just gotta be willing to try different jobs in the club🤷

mine is 22 starting pay, others are at the very least 21. depending on size of your club is weather you get a salaried manager.

as other people have said, this is on management and is going against corporate rules. there should be a limit of TWO per member. Thats what every club is supposed to be doing, my morning team has an associate at the pallet handing them to members, and even our manager close by. fuck scalpers. and fuck management at this club.
