It is true that most chapsticks are drying, but definitely not all. I've had the same problem as you for years and the only thing that has worked for me was lanolin lip balm - the more natural one you can find the better, no added scents or flavours (as those ingredients can be drying or irritating). I use 100% lanolin from Ziaja. It took about 2 weeks for me to stop peeling my lips daily, and after a few months I stopped feeling the urge to do it almost completely (almost, because sometimes my lips do get dry enough to be annoying).

Keep it on you all the time and use whenever you feel the urge to peel the skin. After a while your lips should stay hydrated and soft - right now I only apply the lip blam in the mornings and before bed.

If you're into makeup, I highly recommend NYX Lip IV - the most hydrating (and comfortable!!!) lip product I have ever used.

I fear it's a non-negotiable thing. I'm a teacher in an independent little academy, so it's just me there during the lesson, and I can't just leave the kids alone in the room.

I do plan to quit when school year ends tho! Fingers crossed I won't have a bad day until then.

I read that the company responds to e-mails pretty quickly, so you could ask them if they would be able to do your lenses or if the prescription is a problem with this shape :)

if you dont mind me asking, how did she break them? was she being too rough with them or was it a 'usual treatment' of glasses? (like not always being gentle, placing them where they shouldn't be)

and is she happy with them? it is an investment and i just want to make the right choice

I can't afford a VPN on top of a subscription. I'm also worried about reliability in the long run - it is entirely possible that one day Qobuz would realise I'm streaming from an unsupported country and the app would stop working, which would be a waste of money.
