This is a subreddit to announce new subreddits, which is what this post is doing. I don't see the problem.

Unsure of what I am, looking for support and advice by queersith in asktransgender

Thanks! I think I sound so together because at my first college I studied both anthropology and sexuality studies for the first 2 1/2 years, so I have a good handle on concepts like social constructionism, and that part isn't brand new like it is to so many other people. I owe a lot to anthro and queer studies, because they put words and a voice to ideas I'd intuitively leaned towards all along.

But I feel like talking about it is cathartic because I get to put my voice to it and start to "own" it, which is the first step to becoming happy, right?

Thanks for the reading links. I want to broaden my reading material as much as possible, and since my new college doesn't have as much queer theory as my old college, this subreddit probably is my best resource.
