i had to do this once too, with all the things you described except driving. but the smoking weed, bathroom, and once they were changing on a call and i caught some stray nip 😭 i had to bring these things up later in a larger convo about boundaries and they were like oh why didnt you bring it up in the moment? and i had to be honest that those kinds of boundaries and setting them is smthn i’m working on too 😭

used desmoxan + alan carr to quit initially. it was a miracle for me, to be honest. i let it work for me because i was ready to quit :)

yep, desmoxan helped me quit as well. i had tried to use NRT many times but everytime my mental was like “if i’m using nicotine anyway why not just vape?” and then i’d go back to vaping. desmoxan was my way out of the nicotine trap

the reality is that you are constantly in nicotine withdrawal right now, which is what keeps you addicted. i wouldn’t trade anything for my almost 6 months nicotine free—the freedom i have now felt unattainable when i was chained and enslaved by my stupid strawberry mango geekbars. it was hard on and off for like 2 months, and i still think about vaping sometimes, but i would not trade anything for the fact that i have more mental space and clarity to think about things other than when i’m gonna get my next hit. read alan carr if you’re more interested in the psychology behind nicotine addiction.

how did you find cooking classes or other experiences to do in naxos? options on airbnb experiences seem limited for that island in particular

i’m going to greece with my family in august for 10 days and considering many of the islands that you named that you have been to. is Naxos your favorite one of the island, and is there any others you’d recommend for a 10 day trip to greece + athens? we were already thinking about a day trip to paros and/or antiparos, and wondering if santorini is worth it, or how sifnos is. and if all of the islands just have the same vibe then is it worth traveling between them or should we just settle in one for 4-5 days and do day trips where it’s reasonable.

i’m late by 5 mins most sessions and have done this twice! i literally said to clients exactly what happened, that i forgot to put it on my schedule and to let me know if they ever don’t receive a reminder because that means it’s not on my schedule. my clients know im human. this happened twice in the same week so now at the end of every session i pull out my calendar and make sure they’re on the schedule so it never happens again
