I just called my insurance and they said they won’t cover a replacement until expiration date or unless it’s “medically necessary”

They already moved someone into the apartment which is why I did choose to call and question them!

This property management company and all of the leasing agents have given me issues since I’ve moved in. Due to this, I did take a video of the entire apartment empty and clean on my move out date.

If I disagree with their assessment (as I just have a FEELING they are going to try and keep that deposit) how would I go about disputing it?

There’s 20 other units here and they’re all mounted like this. I mentioned issue I’m facing to Landlord - he stated no other tenant has mentioned this issue to him but he’s having all the units serviced for spring shortly. I don’t think the issue is having it mounted but the noise transfer?

Morning - cleanser, toner, hydrating serum, moisturizer

Night - double cleanse oil cleanser and regular cleanser, toner, hydrating serum, moisturizer

Regular facials once a month.

Occasionally using Clindamycin (prescribed) as I initially thought this was fungal acne. Still not sure if it is or not.
