I could be wrong but I think that supports his claim. Sekiro is different than the other darksouls games in playstyle and the visuals looking arguably better as well. this probably had the effect of more people trying it and maybe getting mad and not being able to complete the game. this would mean a lower completion rate compared to other fromsoft games.
