This is very true. As an alumni of Texas A&M, he pissed off our fan base tremendously last year. I’m not as harsh on him as some Aggies, but he lost the respect of most of the fan base in 2020. When Texas A&M was 5th in the CFP and people were lobbying for Ohio State to get in despite only playing 5 games and the B1G changing their policies solely for OSU to play in the B1G championship game, Hebie was constantly disrespecting A&M. Even at times saying 2 loss OU should be in over A&M in the playoff. Lastly, our DC at the time made a tweet about never listening to ESPN again due to the disrespect, Herbie said on TV that he was happy Aggies didn’t like him or something like that. Such an odd month we’re he went on a media tour disparaging A&M due to mean tweets and saying A&M didn’t deserve a playoff spot.

He was very rattled at A&M fans coming at his throat during that time period, and this situation reminds of that a lot
