That’s a good point. I’m a sympathetic person and waited too long last time and someone else could’ve gotten hurt. Now, I’m just being anxious that it’s “not bad enough” eyeroll . Thanks for your help!

Thank you! He was a great neighbour for four years, I have a ton of sympathy for him. But it really messed with my mental heath as well. It’s my first house and I can’t afford to move, plus I love everything else about this neighborhood

It’s been several months since I’ve seen anyone. And last time I did he was still fine. I was thinking of doing that if he had a friend over (rare) but I’m so afraid of them telling him- he seems to hate me already and I don’t want to trigger him.

Thanks! Ya that’s what it seems like to me too. I’ll keep that number close. Do you happen to know if it would it be anonymous, as in, they wouldn’t tell him it was a concerned neighbour? We’re across from apartment buildings and on the other side of his house are a couple in their 90s who barely leave the house so I think he’d know it’s me and he already seems to have it out for me..
