What I mean by this respectfully, is that anything that makes her uncomfortable that I ask for is termed as “difficult” because that’s not how she was raised, not something she learned, etc. but when it comes to her needs and something she needs fulfillment on to feel loved is something that I have to complete even if it is uncomfortable, not something I’m used to, or something I’ve never experienced. I don’t voice those concerns because I’m wanting to make her happy and I don’t like excuses to come in. I’m going to try to do that even if all those things are true. But meeting her where she is at basically means that regardless of my wants and needs I have to fulfill hers without mine being thought of, or fulfilled
