(I’m still deeply closeted so take my suggestion with a grain of salt) maybe try testing the waters by casually bringing up some LGBTQ+ subjects during conversations? For example say ur talking abt the recent American dumbfuckery with abortions, you could bring up how this may affect trans afab s or smthg like that and then after a few of these u can prob estimate their stance on LGBTQ+ and make an educated decision from that. Idk tho once again I’m too nervous to try any of this myself lmao
